OVELLE Terms of Use
1. Adults only
You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a OVELLE account. You must provide an accurate date of birth and may not use the service on behalf of a minor.
2. Your account and profile
You are responsible for information and content you submit. Do not impersonate another person, create deceptive profiles, use another person’s photos without permission or misrepresent material identity information. Gender is locked in the app after registration; contact support if it was entered incorrectly.
3. User content and conduct
By uploading a profile or sending a message, you confirm that you have the right to provide that content. You must not post or send unlawful, threatening, abusive, hateful, harassing, exploitative, sexually coercive, fraudulent or non-consensual content. You must not solicit money through deception, spam users, evade blocks or misuse another person’s personal data.
4. Child safety and sexual exploitation
OVELLE has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any sexual content involving minors, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, solicitation of minors, or attempts to facilitate such conduct is prohibited. We may remove content, suspend accounts, preserve relevant evidence when legally permitted, and report apparent CSAM or exploitation to the appropriate authorities or designated reporting organizations as required by law.
5. Safety tools and moderation
Profiles and conversations include report and block tools. We may review reports, restrict visibility, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and take other proportionate safety action. Blocking is intended to stop further discovery, matching and messaging between the affected accounts.
6. Matching and communications
A match occurs only when both eligible users like each other. OVELLE does not guarantee identity, compatibility, conduct or safety of another user. Exercise judgment before meeting offline and use appropriate personal safety precautions.
7. Account deletion
You may delete your account in the app. An external account-deletion request route is also provided. Deletion is subject to limited retention where needed for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention or unresolved disputes.
8. Service changes
Features may change as OVELLE develops. We may modify these Terms and will update the effective date when material changes are published.
